Shipping Policy:

Delivery Regions. We are currently only servicing the Johannesburg region. If you place an order outside of our delivery region, we reserve the right to decline orders at our own discretion.

Orders can be placed over the phone or email during our trading hours  and 7 days a week via www.watchmewhip.co.za.

Fulfillment. Orders placed and paid for via www.watchmewhip.co.za will be fulfilled within 5 - 7 working days. You will receive communication from us the day before your delivery informing you that it will be disbatched the following day.

Handling and Freshness. Orders are shipped daily and are freshly prepared the day before. Please consume within three days before the nature of the product deteriorates. We suggest to store all your baked good orders in the fridge. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives. Properly stored in the fridge, will remain fresh and delicious for approximately three days after delivery.

 

Return Policy:

Shipping Accuracy. Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Refunds and Replacements. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Cancellation policy or change of order. Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us within 7 days of your delivery date. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

 

We at Watch Me Whip Pty Ltd aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally.
